Rule 92
Provisions related to Land Acquisition Facilitation Committee
If the development project approved to use the land of the National Forest is unable to provide the land as per sub-section (2) of section 42 of the Act by its own efforts, there will be a land acquisition facilitation committee as follows in each district for the facilitation of land acquisition:-
(a) Chief District Officer - Coordinator (b) Head-Member of Survey Office (c) Head-Member of the Port Office (d) Office of the Chief Comptroller, Fund and -Members Accounts Comptroller (e) Local level concerned - Member Ward Chairman
(f) concerned _ Divisional One -Member Officer
(g) Head of concerned Development-Member-Secretary Project
